10 simple rule to get success in your life

Success and motivation is something that no one can give it to anyone.It a self created that comes from within yourself. success and motivation both are directly proportional to each other.

here I am pointing 10 simple rules to get succes in your life.

1. Write down your Goals
Make a list of your long term and short term goals that you wanted to achieve within a specific period of time. See that your goals should be SMART.

  • T  Time Framed

2. Make a Vision notice Board

Take pictures of whatever you want and write them on a board. Keep your vision board at a place where you can see it often.You can also use your personal diary.

3. Start using Affirmations
Affirmations are positive messages that we speak or think about. They have a lot of power as they directly impact our sub-conscious mind and bring creative patterns of change in our behavior.

4. Visualize your Success
Set aside 5-10 minutes everyday when you close your eyes and think about your success. Visualization helps to prepare and program our mind for change.

5. CCD your negative thoughts
Every time a negative thought comes to your mind :

  • ?Clear
  • ?Cancel &
  • ?Delete it.

You can actually write the negative thought with a pencil and erase it. Strike it with a bold marker or tear off the paper.

6. Detox your body once a week
Detox for a day. Fast. Give up stimulants, sugar, solid foods, alcohol and meat for 24 hours and see how positive your body feels!

7. Start with a fitness regime
Exercise on a daily basis. Run, go to a gym, do yoga, dance… do whatever you like.
Exercising causes the body to produce endorphins, chemicals that can help a person to feel more peaceful and happy.

8. Make a ‘Pep-up List’
Knowing what peps you up is very important so that you can keep yourself charged! Make a list of 10 items you shall do to pull yourself.

  • Take a break
  • Do something different
  • Read a motivational book
  • Wear my lucky shirt
  • Go for a walk
  • Talk to or meet someone
  • Eat something really nice
  • Go for a budget-shopping
  • Talk to a friend and ask for a ‘pep-up’ talk
  • Listen to my favorite songs

9. Reduce dependency on social media and Gadgets.
Using social media is good, we can connect with our family, friends and relatives in a very simple way.but its addiction is really time consuming, so its better to keep yourself away from social media as much as it is possible.

Gadgets are to make your life easier and not to make you a slave of them. Set aside some time where you won’t be using gadgets for some time - while eating, driving or when you are spending some quality with your family.

10. Love yourself
Love yourself! Accept yourself the way you are. Look in the mirror and say that “I love you”. Before you sleep chant “I am love” 11 times.
