4 useful tips to keep yourself more healthy and beautiful

1. Daily exercise:
Daily exercise is benifitial for every age. Start your exercise with morning walk for few minutes and after morning walk you can do some muscle exercises or Yoga, this will help in blood circulation and digestive system in your body.


you can do these exercises any time but early morning will be better for health

2.Drink water:
Drink at least 1-2 glass of water daily just after wake up in the morning. You can also have a little warn water with lemon. This will help to glow your face. 


Drinking more water will help your skin look more attractive. 

3. Food Time : 

Always try to take food which have more protein and less amount of fat.Have your meal in a regular interval of time this will help you to look attractive and beautiful

4.Power nap : 

On an average every person should sleep at least 7-8 hours in a day. This will help to reduce the stress, and tiredness and obviously this will keep you smart and fresh.
