Now use MS Office to Create PDF File and XPS File .
A good news is that now you can create a PDF File just by using your MS Office ( Word , Excel ,Powerpoint , Access and so on..) Microsoft has just released a Add-In for MS Office .
PDF is used for security purpode and it it is also used to create ebooks . Distributing files in PDF format is also safer as you can avoid people changing the contents of the files further
This download allows you to export and save to the PDF and XPS formats in eight 2007 Microsoft Office programs. It also allows you to send as e-mail attachment in the PDF and XPS formats in a subset of these programs.

After you install this download open the document you want to publish and then, depending on the program you are using, select Save or Publish to PDF or XPS from the Office or File menu.

On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS Add-in for 2007 Microsoft Office programs and then click Remove or Add/Remove. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program.
Click Yes or OK to confirm that you want to remove the program.
